…the Team have created reports specific to our CSR needs and the Customers needs. We no longer have to wait for a report or crystal report to be written, we no longer have to wait to download and export a report from IQMS, and then turn around and make adjustments to every report, we can go into one portal and access ALL of our reports specific to CSR and Sales. If the report doesn’t exist, all we have to do is call and it’s usually available within 24 hours! At the rate Westfall is growing, the team are who we rely on to get us what we need, when we need it, beyond faster than expected!
